We are in Laramie, Wyoming, nestled in a high plateau in the western United States. This love affair began with vist to my son who has a rescue dogue, Doc. He will always be my first cowboy. I learned from Doc the many postive attributes of this breed. So I began educating myself by going to dog shows, talking with breeders, and checking various web sites to get a better understanding of this amazing breed.
So it began with my first "cowgirl", Fiona Le Enchanteresse. Last December, I brought home her half-sister, Rising Star's Izmos A Nyugat Kiralynoje "Izzy". We are not a breeder, but a home with Dogues de Bordeaux which we show proudly. I encourage you to learn more about the breed and first always consider a rescue.
March 6, 2009 at 18 months old, Fiona Le Enchanteresse became an AKC Champion in Garden City, KS. It has been a long road full of many adventures and so many interesting stories and pictures. We began showing in the Miscellaneous group in AKC. July 2008 the Dogue de Bordeuax were placed in the Working Group. That same month has a puppy, Fiona won her first major at the Roaring Fork Kennel Club Show in Eagle, Colorado. In the mean time Fiona also won her UKC Championship and Intenational Champtionship.
