About Buckaroo Bordeaux

We are in Laramie, Wyoming, nestled in a high plateau in the western United States. This love affair began with visit to my son who has a rescue dogue, Doc. He will always be my first cowboy. I learned from Doc the many positive attributes of this breed. So I began educating myself by going to dog shows, talking with breeders, and checking various web sites to get a better understanding of this amazing breed. I encourage anyone considering bringing a dogue into their life to do too.

So it began with my first "cowgirl", Fiona Le Enchanteresse. December 2008, I brought home her half-sister, Rising Star's Izmos A Nyugat Kiralynoje "Izzy". Our most recent addition is Red Warrior’s Cathmor the Great “Morley”, a handsome black masked male. He will begin showing in 2010. We are primarily a show home/hobby breeder with only Dogues de Bordeaux. I encourage you to learn more about the breed and first always consider a rescue if you are looking for a family pet..
